By using offbox.store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 16 years old to order.

All prices are in CHF and include applicable Swiss VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free on Batch 001 pre-orders. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a price or stock error occurs.

Batch 001 units are pre-orders. Shipping windows, cancellation, refunds, and manufacturing-risk protection are governed by our Pre-Order Policy, which forms part of these terms.

OFFBOX is a kraft corrugated enclosure with an NFC NTAG213 tag. It is a focus tool, not a safe or a security device — it does not physically prevent access to your phone. We warrant the NFC core against defects for 12 months from delivery; contact us for a free replacement core.

The companion app, shortcuts, and automation scripts are provided as-is. They rely on features of iOS and Android that Apple or Google may change or remove at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for missed notifications, calls, or alarms while a session is active. Keep emergency access available at all times.

Do not resell, reverse-engineer for resale, clone our branding, or use the site to break the law. Site content, copy, imagery, and the OFFBOX name remain our property.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or gross negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. Questions: support@offbox.store.
