OFFBOX ("we", "us") sells NFC-based focus hardware and operates offbox.store. For any privacy question or request, contact support@offbox.store.

Order data: name, email, shipping and billing address, order contents and status. Collected when you buy.

Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Usage data: anonymised page views, device type, and referrer — only if you accept analytics cookies.

App data: the OFFBOX companion app stores your focus modes, blocked-app selections, sessions and streaks locally on your device. We do not upload it.

To fulfil your order and provide support (contract), to send order updates (contract), to keep the shop secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest), to understand traffic (consent), and to send marketing email only if you opt in (consent — withdrawable in every email).

Our e-commerce and payment platform, our shipping carrier and fulfilment partner, and our email provider — each strictly to deliver your order. We never sell your data.

Essential cookies (cart, checkout, security) are always active — the store cannot work without them. Analytics cookies only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time by clearing site data and reloading.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as legally required for accounting (typically 10 years in Switzerland). Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form only.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@offbox.store — we respond within 30 days. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority; Swiss residents with the FDPIC.

The site is served over HTTPS and payment data is tokenised by our processor. If we materially change this policy we will update the date above and, where required, notify you by email.
