Pre-Order Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026. This policy governs all Batch 001 pre-orders placed on offbox.store and associated OFFBOX storefronts.
1. What you are pre-ordering
OFFBOX Batch 001 is a limited first production run of NFC-enabled kraft focus boxes. By placing a pre-order, you reserve unit(s) from this run and lock in founder pricing. You are charged in full at checkout to secure your place in the queue.
2. Shipping timeline
Batch 001 boxes are estimated to ship within 8 weeks of your order date. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Manufacturing lead times, material availability, and fulfillment capacity can shift the date. If the timeline changes by more than 14 days, we will email you with an updated estimate and your options.
3. Full refund before dispatch
You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your box has been dispatched. To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@offbox.store with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. 30-Day Focus Guarantee
Once your box arrives, you have 30 days to run the Gatekeeper protocol. If your average daily screen time has not decreased and you can show us a before/after screenshot, keep the box and we will refund your order in full. No return required. This guarantee applies to one opened unit per customer; unopened additional units in the same order must be returned unused.
5. Manufacturing-risk protection
If OFFBOX is unable to manufacture and fulfill Batch 001 for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of your pre-order amount. You do not need to request this — if fulfillment becomes impossible, we will automatically refund all Batch 001 pre-orders to the original payment method.
6. Shipping and import duties
Shipping is free on all Batch 001 pre-orders. Deliveries outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Hard deadline and automatic refund
If your order has not been dispatched within 90 days of the order date, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund on request, and we will refund any order that remains undispatched at day 120 automatically, without you having to ask. Pre-order funds are held for production and fulfillment of Batch 001 only.
8. EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your box, without giving a reason. Notify us by email before the deadline and return the unit; we refund the full order amount within 14 days of receiving your notice. This right is in addition to the cancellation and guarantee rights described above.
