Shipping & Returns

1. In stock and ready to ship
Every OFFBOX is in stock. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order — often the same day. You receive a tracking link by email the moment your box ships.
2. Shipping & delivery
Shipping is free on every order. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days within Switzerland and 5–10 business days internationally, depending on the destination and carrier. Deliveries outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. 30-day money-back guarantee
Give OFFBOX an honest 30 days. If your average daily screen time hasn't dropped, send us a before/after screenshot and we refund your order in full — you keep the box, no return needed. This guarantee applies to one opened unit per customer; any unopened additional units in the same order should be returned unused.
4. Returns & refunds
Changed your mind? Return any unused, unopened box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@offbox.store with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
5. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — including any return shipping. You won't be out of pocket for our mistake.
6. EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your box, without giving a reason. Notify us by email before the deadline and return the unit; we refund the full order amount within 14 days of receiving your notice. This right is in addition to the returns and guarantee above.
